Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Through the contact form: your name, your email address and the message you write. We use them to answer your enquiry.
• Through the booking page: the details needed to schedule your appointment.
• If you write to us by email: whatever you include in your message.

We collect nothing automatically. This site has no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.

Where your data is stored

On our own server in Barcelona, Spain. Messages sent through the contact form are stored there and are not passed to any third-party form service. Your data does not leave the European Union, with the single exception described below if you book an appointment.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on the contract between us once you engage our services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for [one year] and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, [period to be confirmed]. Backup copies are kept for fourteen days and then overwritten.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Besides us, it is handled only by the providers that make this website work:

• Clouding.io (Spain), which hosts our server.
• [Email provider], which delivers our email.
• Cal.com (United States), which manages appointments, but only if you book one. That transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@lnrelocation.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
