Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Elizabeth Zozaya Hernández, who trades as LN Relocation (NIF 48083386T), Av. de Holanda, 20, 03540 Alicante, Spain. For anything concerning your personal data, write to info@lnrelocation.com.

What we collect, and why

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and the message you write. We use them to answer your enquiry. To protect the form against abuse, we also record the IP address the message was sent from.
  • Through the booking page: the details needed to schedule your appointment.
  • If you write to us by email: whatever you include in your message.

Apart from that IP address, we collect nothing that identifies you. To understand which pages and links are useful, we keep anonymous daily totals of page visits and clicks (page, link, how far down the page, phone or computer, the website you came from, and approximate country and city worked out from the connection and then discarded; for visits through iCloud Private Relay we use the approximate location Apple publishes for that connection), with no IP address, cookies or identifiers. We also count visits from search engines and other automated bots (which bot and which page); nothing about human visitors is kept in server logs. This site has no tracking and no advertising.

Where your data is stored

On our own server in Barcelona, Spain. Messages sent through the contact form are stored there and are not passed to any third-party form service. Your data is stored within the European Union.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on the contract between us once you engage our services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for one year and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as Spanish tax and accounting law requires. Backup copies are kept for fourteen days and then overwritten.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Besides us, it is handled only by the providers that make this website work:

  • Clouding.io (Spain), which hosts our server.
  • Zoho Mail (European data centre), which hosts our mailboxes, and Cloudflare, which forwards mail addressed to info@lnrelocation.com.
  • Zoho Bookings and Zoho Meeting (Zoho Corporation, European data centre), which manage the appointment and the video call, but only if you book one. The details you enter when booking are stored within the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@lnrelocation.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
